ShopAll Electronics Policies
All returns must be made within 30 days of your order. To obtain authorization {no RMA number required}, please call 866-520-0067 Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time, or email sales@shopallelectronics.com.
All merchandise returned must be UNOPENED in the original packaging. Once the merchandise is received, your account will be credited less any shipping cost unless the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. incorrect product received or defective product). Express/Overnight shipping charges are not refundable.
No returns on the following:
- Headphones {Worn or Opened}
- Custom made cables of any kind
Return Fees apply as specified below:
- Shipping charges may be applied to merchandise exchanges.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all opened products returned.
- Shipping fee is not refundable unless an error on our part.
- All returns will be processed within 72 hours of being received. Please allow at least 72 hours for credit to appear.
International customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs as well as related fees imposed by their country for returns.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If the carrier returns a package as undeliverable, a refund will be issued less shipping cost. Shipping and handling fee will apply to reshipment upon customer’s request.
REFUSED DELIVERIES: Refused shipments will be handled like a return in accordance with our return policy, unless prior arrangements have been discussed and approved. Shipping fees and/or freight charges are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: It is best to contact us by phone 866-520-0067 as all in stock items are shipped the same day for orders received by 3PM EST. If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it following the instructions above. Shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
SHIPPING USING CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT: A $10 shipping and handling fee will apply to all orders.
SHIPPING SEVICES: ShopAll uses USPS.com {US Mail} and FedEx for all packages and are determined by size and weight. All Express packages and packages ship to a different address will require a direct signature. Items less than $75 and less than 1 pound will ship First Class USPS. Heavier items may ship FedEx ground). Shipping charge will apply to Clearance Items and Sale Items. Express Mail, Overnight service, Saturday delivery, Canadian and International orders may incur an additional shipping cost due to weight and its destination.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: You will be notified if any item is out of stock. ShopAll will make substitutions (sometimes for more advanced products at no additional charge to you). If a substitution is not available the out of stock item will be back ordered and we will ship when it becomes available. If there's no substitution, we will ship what we have in stock and ship the remaining when it becomes available.
WARRANTY SERVICE: All products sold by ShopallElectronics, Inc. have a full manufacturer’s warranty. ShopAll will replace any defective item within 30 days of original purchase. Any item that may prove to be defective beyond the first 30 days will be covered by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty requirements.
